The North/South Pavilion puts the spotlight on organisations that make solar technology and energy available to developing countries. This will be the flagship pavilion for Solar Event 2009.
The North/South Pavilion focuses on the technologies, training programmes and finance available to developing countries, with contributions by experts from all over the world and politicians from Africa and Asia.
The Pavilion will be centred round three main actions:
1 – A professional seminar in the form of a round table of experts
2 – A demonstration of products intended for developing countries (solar ovens and fridges, water pumps, etc)
3 – A travelling and reproducible exhibition to present these experiments around the Mediterranean Basin.
